Apéritif: £8
Sophia Sling – Quinta de la Rosa white port, fever tree tonic water, lemon swirl, rosemary

Cocktails: £9
Hibiscus Margarita – Homemade hibiscus syrup, tequila Blanco, lime Juice, Cointreau;
Kiss of a Rose – Homemade rose syrup, black cow vodka, English Sparkling wine.


STARTERS

Sweet pea panna cotta, Devon crab & coriander, mango puree, sesame seed tuile

Fig, goats cheese, pickled walnuts, black olive & caper tart, herb dressing

Pigeon breast, sour cherries, chicory, spätzle & pigeon jus

Braised beef, pickled red cabbage & celeriac remoulade


MAINS

Roe Deer haunch, salted baked butternut puree, hispi cabbage, crisp shallots,
truffle mash potato, parmesan crumb & jus

Pan fried seabass fillet, caper, gherkin & shallot potato cake,
brown shrimp, lemon & dill butter sauce

Char grilled Longhorn fillet steak, rocket, grilled tomato, green beans, bearnaise sauce
& skinny chips (£5 supplement)

Heritage beetroot, tarragon & spinach risotto, crispy Oxford blue cheese


DESSERTS

Chocolate tart, orange compote & cocoa nib tuile

Caramelised banana mille-feuille & salted caramel ice cream
